Problem: Speakers crackling - smell of burning
We received our daughter's laptop back from yourselves today and you can imagine we are relieved to have the unit back, having undergone testing for the malfunction and the subsequent repair.
(There appeared to be an initial 'hitch' when we started to play music via the CD drive (no sound) when we received the item back and this seemed to resolve itself by reconfiguring the music device and performing a 'self test' when complete).
Would you please pass on our 'Thanks' to the laptop department, who professionally dealt with us, empathised with our initial problem and telephone enquiry and eventually resolved our issue and the DC Board was replaced, (please also pass on our thanks to the engineer who carried out the work).
We appreciate there was an unexpected delay during the process from your suppliers for the relevant parts and have no complaints with this issue and could not have been expected when we booked the repair.
When enquiring by telephone with yourselves for updates on the progress, we were kept up to date throughout and it was a pleasure to have dealt with your company.
The pricing was very competitive and the collection and delivery was expedited very efficiently and gave us the confidence as customers that the product was being handled safely and securely.
We will gladly pass on our experiences and references to friends about the professional way your company handled our problem, should they require any similar work to be carried out on products and pass on your company details.

Problem:
I recommend CRM as a company, as they helped deal with a fiasco with a well known courier organisation. Despite the fact there was no material benefit to themselves, CRM responded quickly and professionally to the problem and assisted me in bringing it to a successful conclusion. CRM are a highly professional organisation, with top flight ethics, and I would recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

Problem: Unable to read hard drive
When we called CRM about a problem we had with a laptop they did their utmost to help and when the problem couldn't be solved over the phone they arranged for the machine to be sent up to them the next day. They kept us informed as to how much it was likely to cost us and, when it became clear that the hard drive couldn't be saved, they replaced it and sent the computer back straight away at the price they had quoted. Since then we've had no problems. CRM were friendly, fast and the price was very reasonable. If we have a problem in the future, it is good to know we can call a reliable company for advice.
