So you want your Laptop Repaired - What Next ??

After you have accepted our quotation

  • We will arrange for our Courier DPD to collect from you
  • or you can bring your Laptop to our Office
  • Or arrange to send your Laptop to us

Courier Service

We are now using the new secure service from DPD - Swapit

The Swapit Process is designed to maximise the security and care of your laptop though both legs of the journey.

We arrange for DPD to arrive at your premises with a swapitbox

You put the faulty laptop in the Box, the driver will give you a track and trace receipt and they deliver it to us for repair.

When your laptop has been repaired we then place it back in the same Box and arrange for it to be delivered back to you.

You dont even have to package your laptop - All the packaging is already inside the Box

Repair

When your laptop arrives at our Workshop, it is then passed to an experienced Engineer to confirm diagnosis and cost.

Your laptop will then be repaired, we will also valet your laptop, cleaning away any dust and debris that may have accumutlated inside.

We will keep in touch with you every step of the way to let you know what stage the repair is at eg:- If we have to order a new part we will let you know how long it will take and the same goes for a component repair.

Once fixed we will then call you to arrange payment and delivery at your convenience.

 

Turnaround Time

We understand the problems and consequences when your laptop no longer works so we try to keep our turnaround time within 3-5 days and fix the problem in the shortest time possible at the least expense.
